The plugs at the bed side tables don't have the updated outlets with usb-a or usb-c ports. Also the mirror is behind the TV when there's space to the left to hang the mirror. The room wasn't in too bad of shape. The AC unit made a vibrating noise because the cover is loose. Other than that the bathroom was good. The room was clean. No mold or stains. The bathroom has no ventilation for the steam.
On our way to Tennessee from Long Island? Me and my eight-year-old kid had had enough driving for the day. I googled motels that were nearby. This one came up. Place was very clean. The guy at the counter was very nice. The price was more than reasonable. I’d recommend this place to anybody looking for a room for the night.
Overnight stay. Found bedding to be clean and comfortable. Dated rooms, that could use in depth cleaning, but acceptable for an Econo Lodge. Good shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Toilet used some kind of rocket-thruster-thing that will scare you at first. But, I'd imagine it wouldn't clog. Yes, I will stay here again.
Stopped for the night on way to Gatlinburg TN. The Young lady at the desk was very accommodating and friendly. Giving us a room in front and near the handicap parking spot. Room was very clean and we were missing a piece from the coffee pot and she brought us one immediately and was very nice. Her lil companion is adorable as well....
Be careful when you check in. Always book online, if not you will pay at least 10$’more for the room. Book at the company site. Really clean and safe.
I give this lodge 5 stars because the manager went above and beyond for us. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The TV did not work so the manager got a new box and was on the phone with the service to get the problem fixed which they did. This is not a 5 star hotel but it is quiet and friendly.
This place was very clean! I was very hesitant because we were traveling with a baby and the most recent review was a 1 star stating bed bugs, nasty carpet, and terrible smell. Well that person definitely left a review for the wrong place because there was zero carpet and zero hallways, it didn't smell either. Amanda checked me in and was so nice even though it was midnight. We had no issues. Karen when we checked out was fabulous as well. The rooms seem to have been updated we will return when we need too.
Very clean and I am in a smoking room. Have my own blankets tho, the one on the bed have burn holes. But that's what you expect from a smoking room. But I travel a lot so I take my blankets everywhere and towels. Overall neat little place old, but quiet and the ladies at the front desk was very helpful .Thank you Autumn. Sorry I don't remember the other young lady.
